Throwback Day #258 : Stewardlee + Lina Len . Wedding Day

Loving someone is a leap of faith. You are giving them your heart and trusting them not to break it. No matter what happens, I will still never regret making that leap for you.

So my cousin Lina choose December 18, 2013 as their date of wedding. Early in the morning, Waratte team went to her house and began capturing and recording her very meaningful moments. 

Peach color and lot of flower can be seen that day. What a blissful memories. I am touched. Not only by the love they showed me but the memories i got from every one especially that one special person who sacrificed a lot of time just to help Lina on her wedding day. 

The wedding went well, and we all went home with a happy heart. 

Thank God !

Day #292 : If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is THANK YOU, it will be enough.

It's been long since my last post.

Well , today was a great day, and the greatest of all was the prayer meeting starting about 7pm and last about 11pm.

There's a saying : "God, our Creator, has stored within our minds and personalities, great potential strength and ability. Prayer helps us tap and develop these powers."

Nowadays i used to pray only when i get into troubles and i feel like needing something from Him. When i get into a discussion with the adult sabbath school last saturday, we discussed about prayer. From the discussion, i wrote down Ellen G White quotation about prayer. It said that "Prayer is the opening of the heart to God as to a FRIEND. Not that it is necessary in order to make known to God where we are, but in order to enable us to receive Him. Prayer doesn't bring God down to us , but brings us up to Him"

Since then, i was thinking about spending more time to communicate with Him. Yesterday , i attend the prayer meeting and i didn't last well. I was thinking about "this prayer is too long !" bla3 so i ended up chatting with friends. But, something happened when i back into my room. I felt the inner peace and i felt comfortable. I even wake up early in the morning and start reading His words then pray. 

Then, today, i attended the prayer meeting again, and for my surprise, i get myself ready before 7pm. When i pray, i kneel and for my surprise too, i knelled and talked to Him for about 1 hour. Of course my legs hurts but it doesn't matter when my heart hurts more. 

We began the prayer with lot of praise to Him and of course i praise Him for He is full of patience, I sinned a lot, i asked forgiveness, yet He waited for me, called me to come back to Him AGAIN AND AGAIN. Then confession came second. I really have a lot to confess especially the hatred that burns within my heart. The third phase was prayer request. I asked a lot, i know ! After all He is the only one that come to know all my needs. Last but not least, I come with thanksgiving. Here, i have time to reflect what did God do to me. A LOT ! 

The prayer meeting ends today but for sure, it was a good beginning for me , and i am going to keep myself on track with God cause It feels so good to talk to Him !

Albert Einstein said , Life is like riding a bicycle. To maintain your balance, you must keep moving ! 

That's the way. 

Thank God for everything. Thank you so much !

*Testimony : I prayed so God will open any parent's heart to help the Pathfinder in church. And today, I knew God answered my prayer when Tc Kim said she is going to help in Pathfinder. Sooner or later, God answers prayer !

Day #248 : FUN Journey !

I finally have a time to lay freely while thinking and typing a long journey i have been through this few days.

Last tuesday, i went to Keningau town to manage things for my interview. I haven't know the exact date yet but i moved myself first to prepare things, to avoid alzhimer, i think. There, Abby and i went together. It's been a while since i meet this best friend of mine. If we recall correctly, we waved goodbye to the busses few weeks ago, before we set foot from keningau along with our stuffed things etc. But today we were laughing because we finally use the bus again. :) we part ways after she treated me with Mango milkshake + pearl :)

Wednesday came , the favorite day of all days i went through before. It was a very simple day yet interesting. I was doing things i really want to do before. I woke up late, around 8 in the morning (it's still early though but i promised to prepare early than that yesterday to settle things up before 1pm). I was fotostating my certificates which i need to bring to PPD later. I was late! I promise to be there on 9am but it was 10.02am! The place we promised to meet was a bit far from the place i stayed so i was walking as fast as i can and running. I managed to get there about 10.17 am. Ok that was pretty fast and sweats all over my body !

We end up walking to managed everything. Abby was exhausted and i am still enjoying the walk. That was very very very interesting to have a long walk like that with the person you love and  care :)

Sarah and i actually planned to go by the only bus to beaufort at 1pm but guess what? We didn't make it on time ! So, f.dad said... Take another bus and stopped by the Kimanis round about and i will fetch you there . We did so. And another interesting thing happened. We stopped at the first round about, an empty round about i mean its just a road, a car and a messed up surrounding. Haha. We found it quite funny and interesting that day. So, with all the heavy luggage, violin and some other things, Sarah and i planned to walk to the next round about. We walked and walked but we didn't see the next round about. It was really a long walk under a hot sun when finally we planned to rest for a while in an abandoned stall.

It's not too long until f.dad came and fetch us. He said... "why didn't u just stop there and wait for me to fetch you? You walk a long way already ... Em about 2km. If you think about reaching the next round about... You will arrive tomorrow" ha ha ha. So he treated us with the Hati Buya Satay *i cannot like this one* and continue our journey home.

So the fun and interesting part for wednesday was the endless walking :) I am looking forward to do that again ! !

We went through Thursday and Friday with endless practice for the Dec 7, 2013 Country Height Concert . Singing, playing violin etc. I was admiring my sister, Jade for all of the talent she got. And i am a proud sister, for having such a young, generous, beautiful and talented sister :)

And oh ! I forgot something! I confirmed the date of interview last thursday and it gave us shock, for Jade, neither for me ! The iv fall on 11.12.13 , the date i saved for Ester Lize. Jade, Lelen and me was the musician and vocalist for that day buttttt.... It went out like this . It kinda shocking and sad :( sigh*

But, everything happens for a reason right?

Saturday ended up with a lot of praising! Thank God , He was there with us while we performed the song and play the instrumental. It was fun, especially when i met a lot of friends.

Sunday came with a packed plan on it. We went to Binsuluk resort early in the morning to attend the bengkel for Radio Amatur Examination (RAE). I found out myself confused right in the beginning but it turned out awesome when i begin to like all the Radio Stuff. Thanks MCMC and the team for the experience. Next year, i will take an exam for a Radio liscence . 9w6 CYE will do if it still available.

Went to Keningau last evening for Adela's wedding, meeting friends in the church, etc etc.

Overall, it feels like a long time but actually it isn't. Arigato for the fun experience God. I am looking forward for more.

Day #217 : Redeeming Love

I jumped in happiness when i get rhe package from Germany. I can't wait to read it - Redeeming Love, even the dedication thrill me.

Inside the package too, a beautiful and cute letter of Stacy's family and her birdie, a Germany clock tower and a beautiful Flower's photograph.

I am so happy that i cried. I am really happy.

A letter to a friend #1

Dear Jojo,
Happy Sabbath :) How have you been? :)
Few weeks ago, you've asked me about how was the trip to Kudat go on my side. I'm sorry i haven't get a chance to wrote it down for you. Besides all the work i need to settle, there's another obstacle like 'don't have any idea' and so.

So, here it is. I'll recite it as complete as i can :)

Few days before the trip, i have a dilemma about to go or not to go. My schedule was too packed that week even there's two big program for the weekend. But, there is one person who asked me to go, like every night. 'He-you-know-who' :) At first, i decided not to go but suddenly the night after, i was packing my things. I don't know why but i was packing.

So, i went to KK without his knowing. As long as he know, i am not going, SO i used the chance to set up a surprise for him along with Debora, Oyo and Arlyn and i have very good ally here. Things get interesting when we finally met up. Arlynn and Debora didn't stop laughing for that. Thanks to them, the surprise went well :)

So, we were departing from KK to Pinawantai around 7.30 pm . He was driving Arlynn's car, i was sitting in front and the three beautiful ladies was sitting behind. We have fun along the way to Pinawantai especially when Debora and Arlynn didn't stop singing :) What a beautiful voice they made :) oh ya, btw, Debora start losing her voice that night :( Probably because of the non stop story we tell all the way from keningau to Pinawantai.

We spent a beautiful night, eating, practicing, sleeping together (Oyo, Debora, Me and Arlynn) in a super comfy bed in Dono's house :) It was good to meet all of them and what a beautiful day it is when i add another friend in my heart :)

We were dressed in black and red that Sabbath :) I was looking forward to meet you but you didn't show up. Ahhhh Jojo . I really want to meet you , like A LOT ! :( You owe me explanation for this one :)

Singing, worshiping, laughing, eating, talking, photographing etc etc. It was fun . We went to Simpang Mengayau then spent another night in Frandy's house :)

Sunday comes and i was amazed with Kiokie's skill in futsal. I was proud back then and i keep shouting 'Go Kiokie Go!' 'Kioookieeeee' and 'sarangheyoo' :) :)

And finally , Debora and I went back to Keningau.

Above all, i was having fun and completely forget the Kursus and program here in IPG. So, that Monday morning, i was called to Jabatan to tandatangan something because i escaped :) :) But, it's ok. Rules meant to be broken though. :)
